One feature, control or integration, with a named reviewer on your side and an agreed acceptance process. Scope, estimated effort and a spending limit are agreed for each project. Production approval and operations stay with you unless a project includes them.

Every change ships with tests and a pull request your reviewer can read. Nothing lands on the word of the person who wrote it.

Install guides, runbooks and handover notes are part of the work, not an afterthought, and they are written for the next person.
Your approval stays yours
Production approval and operations stay with you unless a project expressly includes them. We deliver software; you decide when it runs.
Plain words
Scope, limits and costs are stated in plain language, up front. If something is out of scope or not established, we say so.
